BDG AI Studios is operated by BDG Ventures LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we handle when you visit this website, contact us, or buy one of our products. Questions can go to bdgailabs@gmail.com.
The Short Version
This website has no accounts, no forms, no analytics, and no advertising trackers. We do not set cookies. We do not sell your personal information. All purchases happen on Etsy, not here.
Information We Receive
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Order information from Etsy. When you buy from our Etsy shop, Etsy shares the details we need to fulfill the order, such as your name, Etsy username, what you purchased, and any messages you send us through Etsy. We never see your full payment card details.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and time of visit, for security and reliability.
How We Use It
- To deliver the products you buy and provide support for them
- To reply to your questions and requests
- To keep the website secure and working
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not use your information for automated decision making, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Third-Party Services
- Etsy. Checkout, payment, and delivery of digital files are handled by Etsy under Etsy's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts. This site loads fonts from Google. Your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them, which means Google receives your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Gmail. Our email is hosted by Google, so messages you send us are stored there.
Links on this site may take you to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above as needed to run the business, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep emails and order records for as long as needed to support your purchase and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your Choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Email bdgailabs@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. For data held by Etsy, use the privacy settings in your Etsy account.
Children
Our products are made for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
